the step when aciident is
1. don't be panic
    don't be panic because that can worsen situation. but don't be slow.
    we must calm and deft.
2. if the victim can't breathe. we must give him artifical respiration.
3. stop the bleeding if the victim bleeding because if we not stop the bleeding on 3-5 minute the     
    victim will died.
4. move the victim to the safe place.
5. call the medic if we can't help the victim.
